• High School Swimming, girls and boys 
• Started the Frewsburg Central School swimming program, 1977 Taught Physical Education, 1977-2015. 
• Competed as Class C. in 2014, Class B in 2023, Class A in 2024.
  Served as Section 6 Girls Chairman for 25 years.
• Meet Director for 10 Girls State Meets.
• Served as Frewsburg Athletic Director for 9 years.
• Coached 23 New York State Championship Meet qualifiers
• Brought STAR Swimming to Jamestown (part of STAR Buffalo)
• Assistant Frewsburg Baseball Coach for 14 years

Coaching Records and Honors
Frewsburg Boys Swim Team - 2024

• 6-0 league record; won CCAA meet; runner up at Section VI Class A meet; finished 4th at the NY State Meet;
• Finished in the top 4 in all 3 relays at the state meet including a 1st place finish in the 200 free relay in which the Frewsburg squad broke the NYS record and achieved All - American automatic status.
• Inducted into the Chautauqua County Sports Hall of Fame in 2023
