Based on the recent heightened concern regarding reports of occurrences of MRSA, or methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus, I wanted to share with you the some resources that are available to help you ensure the health and safety of students and staff in your schools . Please share this information with appropriate school personnel. The New York Statewide School Health Services Center website contains valuable information on MRSA.
