    Athletic Career Accomplishments:

    • Member of the only team in Buffalo Public Schools tennis history (All High) to win 22 straight matches without a loss (junior and senior years)
    • In the sport of Tennis, he won 3 National Public Parks Tennis Championship, 4 City singles titles, 11 City doubles titles, and 26 Muny Championships
    • In the sport of Racquetball, he won 24 National Championships, 21 Eastern Regional titles, 25 New York State titles, 14 City singles championships and 9 City doubles championships

    • WNY Racquetball Hall of Fame (inaugural class)
    • Jewish Center Hall of Fame (inaugural class - Racquetball, Tennis, Squash, and Basketball),
    • Buffalo State College Hall of Fame (Tennis and Basketball, second class)
    • National R. Ball Hall of Fame (ninth player inducted)
    • Greater Buffalo Hall of Fame (third class - Racquetball, Squash, and Tennis; first local male racquet star to be inducted into GBSHOF)
    • International Masters Hall of Fame (first class, Racquetball)
    • Bennett High School Hall of Fame (Tennis, Basketball - second class)
    • Bennett High School Media Hall of Fame (author of two books, “Racquetball the Easy Way” and Racquetball for the Serious Player;” Buffalo News staff writer, National R.ball publications writer, ESPN commentator two years, own local cable rball show 20 years)
    • WNY Tennis Hall of Fame (inaugural class)
    • Charlie Garfinkle Hall of Fame (inaugural class; local Tennis personality inducted each year)
