If you need league approval - please remember to forward to your League
Federated sports which do not require league approval for Winter are Boys Hockey, Girls Hockey, Indoor Track, Rifle & Ski
All other sports require your league approval.

 

1 Winter COS Form is for sports with use 100% BEDS Calculations

1 Winter COS Applications for 100% BEDS Sports

Required

All new programs are required to fill out a full combining of schools application with authorizing signatures. 

New programs are inclusive of prior combinations adding or dropping schools within the combination.

League approval is required for all new combinations, except federated sports.
