2020 VENDOR APPLICATION ** Will will not be accepting any FOOD VENDORS ** Please fill out this application EMAIL it to firstname.lastname@example.org and then MAIL it in with your $200 payment no later than January 31, 2020. Checks should be made out to: Section VI Athletics and mailed to: Section VI Athletics, 355 Harlem Road, West Seneca, NY 14224.
8:00am- Doors Open
8:30am- Competitions Begins
4:45 pm- Awards
There will be no coaches meeting. If you have any questions, please contact Justina Grudzinski (716-913-7592), prior to the event.
ONLY Varsity cheerleaders and coaches will be allowed to enter with the team. All JV Cheerleaders and parents must enter through the main entrance with the $5.00 admission fee.
Upon arrival, please have ONE coach per team check in at the warm up area to confirm your team has arrived and your numbers are correct.
Teams should report to the warm up area at their scheduled time. Please be prompt because if you miss your warm up time, you will not be rescheduled.
Locker rooms will be available for the athletes. Do not allow the cheerleaders to dress or undress in the main gym.
Section VI is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not leave valuables laying around unattended.
Please be mindful of your area. Pick up trash.
We will follow NFHS rules.
Timing begins with the first organized motion or music.
Please exit the mat after you are done performing quickly to keep the competition flow moving.
Score sheets will be available for pick up after awards.
We are sending top two teams in each division.
The division that is being announced will enter the mat
The MC will announce the places.
When we get to the top 3, the MC will ask those teams to stand to be recognized for their accomplishment before announcing the runner up(3 rd place), and then the two teams going to states (2nd and 1st)
At the end of each division announcement, teams are asked to stay on the floor and not move until after ALL awards are done for the session.
When the awards are done. First and Second Place teams will get a picture with the banner.
The Official T-Shirt vendor will be in the cafeteria.
**Rosters and Team Pictures are to be emailed to printing @elmapress.com AND CC ME ... no later than 2/1/2020. If you do not submit by then your team will not be featured in the program.
