  • Attention Coaches and Players

The Canisius College Baseball Team is holding “Winter Hitting Clinics” coming up at the end of January into February.

Our Hitting Camp will be held in Two Sessions

       Session 1:   SATURDAYS 9am – 11pm – January 28th, February 4th and February 11th

       Session 2:   SUNDAYS 11am – 1pm  -- January 29th, February 5th and February 12th

The Objective of our Hitting Camps are to give kids the opportunity to start their Preparation for their upcoming season under the supervision and direction of the Canisius College Baseball Coaching Staff and Players.

We will have Multiple Stations that the hitters will go thru that will challenge them as a hitter to better understand their swing and improve on what good is already there but to also learn more about their swing so they can feel and adjust their swing on their own.

Our Goal is to Educate the Young Hitters on Hitting and “Their” Swing and give them a chance to explore movements to better suit their swing or make their current swing better for them.  We also will incorporate Hitting off different Pitches (Curve / Slider / Change Ups) with our Hack Attack Machine that spits Big League to High School to Youth League Off-Speed Pitches.  We will also incorporate a Coach throwing Live Batting Practice as well as changing speeds for the hitters as we develop thru the camps.

We will have our players at every station so the Campers will have the opportunity to interact with kids who were once in their shoes.

This camp is a great opportunity for the Young Hitter to learn more about hitting and to prepare themselves for their upcoming season.
